Wild Days are interactive half day family-friendly events held each summer with local experts who teach the science, share the history, and highlight the importance of stewardship of the many ecosystems found in our watershed. Funding from the Columbia Basin Trust, Regional District of Central Kootenay-Area H and multiple local sponsors allow Wild Days to be a free community event.

It is with great disappointment that we’ve cancelled Wild Days 2020. The risks presented by SARS-COVID-19 make it impossible to safely conduct group activities.

We look forward to bringing this fun event to the community again in 2021.
